Work for good health and mind

 Now I discuss what type of work is essential for a good mind and health.

We know that we are passing our days under the pandemic condition. It includes quarantine and isolation with our daily life. The last few months are awful for people because millions of people were lost their job. So at this moment, their mental condition is not well, They are now under stress. So it is essential to save people from mental stress. The steps which are useful to recover the people from mental stress are the following.
1. Exercise: Exercise in the morning is very helpful for releasing mental stress. In the winter morning, it is difficult to continue but if anyone continues its a daily minimum of 10 minutes, it helps him to release from pain and mental stress. Every man should have to do exercise daily.
2. Come out from worries: Unnecessary worries make a man anxious. Scientists say from their research that only one is a real problem in 10 worries of a patient. Scientists also provide some tips which are useful to overcome this problem. The design of human is not only for own they would like to live together in society. When you will face the problem then you will go outside of the room and talk to other people. You may also focus only on one problem and make plans to overcome this problem. You should have to come out of your comfort zone. You should work hard to solve this problem. And also always think positively that help you to succeed.
